License

License for conducting road transport in the field of freight forwarding. Since August 15, 2013, undertaking and performing international road transport requires obtaining an appropriate community license, as specified in Regulation (EC) No 1072/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 21, 2009, on common rules for access to the international road haulage market. A community license is granted to an entrepreneur if they have a permit to practice the profession of road transport operator. The community license authorizes the performance of international road transport according to the type of transport specified in it and applies to vehicles with a permissible total weight exceeding 3.5 tons. This license also authorizes the performance of domestic road transport.
